Pediatric Audiology Program Assistant

 

DUTIES INCLUDE: 

  • Completing education paperwork for patients
  • Assist in updating TEHDI database with newborn hearing screening results and tracking referrals
  • Distributing marketing materials
  • Tracking pediatric referral sources
  • Completing paperwork for various clinical research projects
  • Assist in designing marketing materials and parent e-newsletters
  • Helping clean and organize toys in pediatric booth
  • Stocking paperwork in pediatric booth
  • Assist with planning and running family events
  • Other tasks as assigned

 

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (7:30 am to 5:30 pm according to your availability on your academic schedule)

 

Start Date:  May 28, 2024

 

Hours per Week: 8-10

 

You will primarily work out of Callier Richardson Addition (CRA)

 

Qualifications: Applicant MUST be a Doctor of Audiology (AuD) student to apply!
