Supply Chain/Operations Associate
This SCM position performs key primary supply distribution roles in the Supply Chain department and throughout the facility. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate delivery of supplies to the facility department areas as well as engaging in Perpetual Inventory maintenance and documentation. In addition, you will perform other necessary Supply Chain distribution roles and responsibilities including the following:
Perform consistent and timely delivery of products to facility departments.
Perform all replenishment and distribution processes within the current system with accuracy and attention to detail an efficient and timely manner. Process and resolve all necessary system issues/returns accurately.
Maintain orderly and organized work area to facilitate efficient processes and staff cross-training opportunities.
Maintain ownership of supply par inventory volume trends and make adjustments as directed by appropriate Supply Chain Supervisor/Manager/Director.
Check supplies for condition of products, correct catalog numbers, quantities, expiration dates, and sizes of items.
Ensure accurate tracking of supply data such as back orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, lot numbers, etc. as needed.
Engage in problem-solving processes to ensure accuracy of perpetual inventory Quantities-on-Hand, perform perpetual inventory cycle counts and ensure accurate Quantities-on-Hand in par replenishment areas.
Perform all necessary client-charging functions as instructed by Supervisor/Manager/Director.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and basic computer skills.
