We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable students to join our team. The UTD Student Union is the center of student life and the beating heart of campus. You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily reservations and activities within our facilities. Our goal is to foster a welcoming environment for all by building meaningful connections with members of the campus community. 

This is an in-person on-campus position offering up to 15 hours per week during the school year, and up to 35 hours per week during the summer. 

Job Duties 

  • Processing student organization and campus department reservation requests, modifications, and cancellations through Mazévo, the online Reservations System for the SU, SSA, SU Mall, and Comets LANding.
  • Providing coverage of the office suite front desk, including answering in-person questions from students, staff, and faculty
  • Answering reservations phone line
  • Sending and responding to reservations emails
  • Processing New Mazévo Users
  • Other duties as assigned
